AI Systems
I've designed and built custom AI agent frameworks from scratch — including a multi-agent, agent-to-agent orchestration engine running on Azure infrastructure.
The work goes beyond calling OpenAI APIs. It involves state machines, tool routing, memory, observability, failure handling, and real integrations with enterprise systems.

Background
I've spent the last decade as Lead Architect and Head of Platform at SoftwareONE — overseeing a global platform of 50+ microservices across Azure Kubernetes Service, serving teams in Switzerland, Sweden, Ireland, Australia, and Poland.
Before that: Senior Software Architect at Capgemini, leading cross-functional teams on enterprise-grade Azure solutions. Earlier roles at ABB and RR Donnelley.
I also teach software engineering at SWPS University in Warsaw — which keeps me honest about the fundamentals.
I work with a small number of clients at a time. That's intentional.
